Cheese Plant:
A most modern cheese production plat with a daily capacity of 1 tone expandable to 10 M.T. costing Rs.5.00 crores is installed and in operation. High quality milk required for production of cheese is being collected from bulk coolers.
Clean Milk Production :
The union has been successfully installed and operating 67 Bulk milk coolers in the taluka under �Clean Milk Production Scheme� of Government of India and invested more than Rs.6 crores in this scheme and 1.50 lakh liters of milk is collected through these BMCs. Bulk coolers helped in reducing transportation cost from 50 paisa/liter to 30 paisa/liter.
SAP Technology:
A totally computerized advanced system Analysis and Programme Development in data processing (SAP) technology of Germany is adopted which helps in reduction usage of stationery, efficient utilization of human resources, and also eliminate errors in working system. The union has got ISO and HACCP certifications. As a result of these efforts, milk procurement has been increasing at 5% annum.
R&D - Research & Development :
The R&D team at Rajhans constantly strives to develop newer and inventive products with apt packaging systems. Apart from concentrating on introducing new products in the market, this fully-efficient team also engages in revamping existing products as per the tastes of the customers and their feedback.
